We love to share our oceanfront “happy place” with you. Everything is new and updated -- appliances, cabinets, bathrooms, flooring, HVAC, kitchen stuff, mattresses...EVERYTHING! The pictures don't really do it justice. The owner hasn'tmissed a thing. Check the reviews, you will not be disappointed!

Nicely furnished and fully-equipped for your beach stay.

Living room furniture is cozy but not overly soft. There are fleecy throws for snuggling too. Three ottomans - so put your feet up! Plenty of pillows to tuck behind your head or back to get comfortable for the big game on living room 65 inch 4KHD TV.

Two (2) private bedrooms – master with king bed and 2nd bedroom with queen bed. Both new mattresses and super-comfortable! Remote controlled ceiling fans in both bedrooms.

Comfortably sleeps four (4) people (if necessary, the sofa sleeps a 5th person $40 per nite additional charge and linens are provided).

Oversized oceanfront living area could easily accommodate your pack-n-play or your yoga mat!

Two (2) full baths – Master bath has a large walk-in shower with glass door and rainfall and hand-held shower head. Great water pressure. New vanity and wall cabinet for all your stuff. .

The 2nd bath has a deep tub & shower with handheld shower head. New vanity and wall cabinet for all your stuff. Both with contemporary-elegant design and decor.

BEACH STUFF WE PROVIDE: beach towels; beach chairs; sun umbrella with sand anchor; coolers; AND a big-wheeler beach wagon to haul it all down to the sand. (Plus some random pool toys & floats too).

ALL LINENS (including bedspreads and pillow protectors) are washed after EVERY guest. Everything! We pay attention to every little detail.

NO SMOKING. ANYWHERE, NO PETS ALLOWED.

DAMAGE PROTECTION: All guests have to either pay $59 for damage insurance coverage of $1,500; or a refundable deposit of $1,500. This is to cover potential damages to the condo. (for example - kid cracked a mirrored wall; $800 expense!)

CHECK-IN is 4PM and CHECK-OUT is 10AM.
